Esentia Gua Sha ফেস ম্যাসাজ টুল ব্যবহারের নিয়ম

ধাপ ১: ফেস পরিষ্কার করুন ও টুলটি প্রস্তুত করুন
প্রথমে মুখ ভালোভাবে পরিষ্কার করুন। তারপর আপনার ত্বকের সাথে মানানসই ফেস অয়েল ( এসেন্সিয়ার কাঠবাদামের তেল ), সিরাম বা ময়েশ্চারাইজার ব্যবহার করুন, যেন টুলটি ত্বকে সহজে চলতে পারে।

ধাপ ২: সঠিকভাবে টুলটি ধরুন
Gua Sha টুলটি মুখের সঙ্গে সমান্তরালভাবে (প্রায় ১৫° কোণে) ধরুন। খুব খাড়া করে ধরবেন না।

ধাপ ৩: ম্যাসাজ করার সঠিক দিক
প্রতিটি অংশে হালকা কিন্তু দৃঢ়ভাবে ৩-৫ বার করে ম্যাসাজ করুন।

• গলা: গলার নিচ থেকে চোয়ালের দিকে ওপরের দিকে স্ট্রোক করুন।

• চোয়াল: থুতনি থেকে কানের দিকে ম্যাসাজ করুন।

• গাল: মুখের মাঝখান থেকে বাইরের দিকে, কানের দিকে স্ট্রোক করুন।

• চোখের নিচে: চোখের ভিতরের দিক থেকে বাইরের দিকে হালকাভাবে ম্যাসাজ করুন।

• ভ্রুর এলাকা: কপালের মাঝখান থেকে বাইরের দিকে টেনে নিন।

• কপাল: ভ্রু থেকে চুলের রেখা পর্যন্ত ওপরের দিকে স্ট্রোক করুন।

ধাপ ৪: টুল পরিষ্কার করুন
ব্যবহার শেষে হালকা গরম পানি ও সাবান দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন, ভালোভাবে মুছে শুকিয়ে রাখুন।

অতিরিক্ত টিপস:
ঠান্ডা ম্যাসাজের জন্য ফ্রিজে রেখে ঠান্ডা করে ব্যবহার করলে ফেসে দারুণ রিফ্রেশিং অনুভূতি পাবেন এবং পাফিনেস কমাতে সাহায্য করবে।

How to Use the Esentia Stainless Steel Gua Sha

Step 1: Cleanse & Prep
Start with a clean face. Apply a facial oil ( Like Esentia Almond Oil ), serum, or moisturizer to create slip and prevent tugging on the skin.

Step 2: Hold the Tool Properly
Hold the Gua Sha flat against your skin (about a 15° angle) rather than perpendicular.

Step 3: Follow the Massage Directions
Use gentle but firm strokes. Repeat each stroke 3–5 times.

• Neck: Sweep upward from the base of the neck toward the jawline.

• Jawline: Glide from the chin outwards to the ear along the jaw.

• Cheeks: Stroke from the center of the face toward the temples.

• Under-Eyes: Gently glide from the inner corner of the eye outward (use light pressure).

• Brow Area: Sweep from the center of the forehead out toward the temples.

• Forehead: Stroke upwards from the brows to the hairline.

Step 4: Clean the Tool
After use, wash the Gua Sha with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and store in a clean place.

Optional Tip:
Keep the tool in the fridge for a cooling, de-puffing effect.
