*উপাদান-নিম, মরিঙ্গা , বহেড়া হরতকি এবং আরও অনেক কিছু

*কারা ব্যবহার করতে পারবে -  কৈশোর বয়স থেকে শুরু করে সকল বয়সের মানুষের জন্য ব্যাবহারযোগ্য  মাতৃকালীন সময় ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।  ছেলে মেয়ে উভয়ের জন্য ব্যবহারযোগ্য। 

*ব্যবহারবিধি-

সকাল বেলা ঘুম থেকে উঠে খালি পেটে ১/৪  চামচ ( ১ চা চামচের ৪ ভাগের ১ ভাগ পরিমাণ ) Acne ninja pack টি গরম পানির সাথে খেতে হবে। মূলত ব্রণ জাতীয় সমস্যার মূল কারণ অতিরিক্ত সিবাম প্রোডাকশন এবং হরমোনাল ইমব্যালেন্স যেটা শুধু ফেসপ্যাক হিসেবে ব্যবহার করলে ঠিক করা সম্ভব নয়। 

এরপর ১/৪ চামচ ( ১ চা চামচের ৪ ভাগের ১ ভাগ পরিমাণ ) এ্যাপেল সিডার ভিনেগারের  সাথে দেড় চামচ পানি মিশিয়ে একটা ক্লিনসার বানিয়ে নিন এবং একটি কটন বল দিয়ে পুরো মুখ ক্লিন করে নিন।এতে আপনার ত্বকের pH লেভেলটি একদম ঠিক হয়ে যাবে এবং ব্যাকটেরিয়াল অথবা ছত্রাকের যে আক্রমন আছে সেটি দূর হবে এবং প্যাক টি মুখে এপ্লাই করলে খুব ভালো রেজাল্ট পাবেন। 

এখন ১ চামচের মত ফেস প্যাক নিন এর সাথে ১ চামচ ফিল্টার পানি ও একটি ভিটামিন E capsule নিন। অথবা ১ চামচ আ্যালোভেরা অথবা যেকোনে সুথিং জেলের সাথে ১ চামচ প্যাক মিশিয়ে ১টি vitamin E capsule মিশিয়ে ভালো করে একটি পেষ্টের মত বানিয়ে নিন। 

এরপর প্যাক টি মুখে এপ্লাই করে ৫ - ৭  মিনিট অপেক্ষা করুন। কিছুটা জ্বলতে পারে ত্বক, কারণ আপনার ত্বকে পিম্পল আছে এবং এই প্যাকটি সেই পিম্পল গুলোর সাথে ফাইট করছে।

যে সকল জায়গায় এক্টিভ পিম্পল আছে সেইখানে খুব আলতো ভাবে প্যাকটি লাগাবেন। এবং সেইজায়গায় ধোয়ার সময় বেশি ম্যাসাজ করবেন না। পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। 

ঠিক এই ভাবেই প্রতিদিন সকালে ব্যবহার করুন।

*সতর্কতা ও সংরক্ষণ -

প্যাকটির ভিতরে যেন পানি ও বাতাস না ঢুকে এই বিষয় টি খেয়াল রাখুন। ব্যবহারের পর অবশ্যই প্যাকের জিপটি ভালো ভাবে আটকে রাখুন। নরমাল ফ্রিজে অথবা শুষ্ক জায়গায় সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে। মাসে ২দিন ৩০মিনিটের জন্য কড়া রৌদে দিতে হবে। এতে প্যাকটির গুনাগুন অক্ষুন্ন থাকবে।

How to use-
Every morning on an empty stomach, take 1/4 teaspoon (a quarter of a regular teaspoon) of the Acne Ninja Pack with warm water.
The root cause of acne usually lies in excessive sebum production and hormonal imbalance, which cannot be solved just by using face packs externally.

After this, take 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it with 1.5 teaspoons of water to make a cleanser. Use a cotton ball to clean your entire face with this mixture. It will help balance your skin’s pH level and eliminate bacterial or fungal infections, allowing the face pack to work more effectively.

Now, take 1 teaspoon of the face pack, add 1 teaspoon of filtered water and mix with one vitamin E capsule. Alternatively, mix 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel or any soothing gel with 1 teaspoon of the pack and one vitamin E capsule to make a smooth paste.

Apply the paste to your face and leave it on for 5 to 7 minutes. A mild burning sensation may occur as the pack is actively fighting acne on your skin.
Apply gently over areas with active pimples and do not massage those spots heavily while washing. Rinse off with plain water.
