2. গ্লাভস ভিজিয়ে নিন – এক্সফোলিয়েটিং গ্লাভস সামান্য পানিতে ভিজিয়ে নিন।

3. নরমভাবে ঘষুন – বৃত্তাকারভাবে হালকা চাপ দিয়ে শরীরে ঘষুন। বিশেষ করে কনুই, হাঁটু, পিঠ ও গোড়ালিতে ব্যবহার করুন।

4. ভালোভাবে ধুয়ে নিন – ব্যবহার শেষে আবার শরীর পরিষ্কার পানিতে ধুয়ে নিন।

5. ময়েশ্চারাইজার ব্যবহার করুন – এক্সফোলিয়েশনের পর ত্বকে অবশ্যই লোশন বা অয়েল লাগান যাতে ত্বক নরম থাকে।

6. গ্লাভস পরিষ্কার করুন – ব্যবহারের পর গ্লাভস ধুয়ে শুকিয়ে রাখুন।
